Today is the day!  We are having our practice 5k today after school.  Everyone is welcome to come run or walk with us to practice.  We will be going the entire 3.1 miles today so the girls know what a 5k feels like to run.  Hope you see you today!

Parents, your girls are awesome!  They have been getting between 2-2.3 miles each time we meet!  That is amazing!  A 5k is only 3.1 miles so we are already almost up to that distance already!  WOW!  I will try to get some pictures posted today, unfortunately it snowed last night so we will probably be running inside again today.

Happy Running!
